Description of Sand Dollar Cottage: House - 3 Bedrooms + Other (See Description) - 2 Baths - (Sleeps 8-10) Here comes the Sun! Enjoy this cute Gulfside Coastal Cottage with private pool just 1 block from the Beach. Nestled in the quiet Water's Edge Community known for its charming homes with pastel paints and white picket fences - it's just a short stroll to the sugar white Destin Beach. This sunchased cottage has a large welcoming wrap-around front porch for enjoying the sea breezes, the nostalgic lovely, large, native oaks, and the lush landscape. The large side deck is perfect for entertaining, sunbathing, and dining. The cozy living room has hardwood floors, 31 inch Color TV/VCR and a sleeper sofa. The kitchen and dining area are fully-equipped with stainless steel appliances. The spacious second floor Master Bedroom features a king sleigh bed, 20 inch Color TV, and full bath. The second bedroom contains a king-size bed and the third bedroom has two QUEEN sized beds. Both bedrooms are equipped with color TV/VCR.
