Description of Three Oaks Motel: Enjoy our neatest little motel on the Space Coast. Double and single effciencies, daily and weekly room rates as well as commercial rates are available. Extra clean rooms with 25" color TV up to 99 channels including free HBO, ESPN, etc. Refrigerator and microwave are in all rooms. Located near Playalinda Beach. All major credit cards accepted. Restaurants and fishing points in walking distance. Free coffee, iron and ironing board available, one hour drive from Disney, 45 minutes from Orlando International Airport, 12 minutes from Kennedy SPace Center. Very close to golf courses and walking distance from marina and lots more.

we were there in october the pool was dirty water had turned green did not have wi fi or hbo as advertised room was clean

We were there in May,2010. Had to have maintenance fix A/C, bathrooms filthy, soap scum encrusted shower curtain, pubic hair/head hair in tub, burned out light bulbs, dried spagetti noodles on floor.
